Returns

With the nature of hand-knotted vintage rugs we try our best to capture the true colors and any wear on the rug from the long life it has already lived. While we try to photograph these rugs in a way that captures the true colors, we do understand that sometimes things just don’t look as good as you imagined in your head. Please note that these rugs DO look different in different light and can even look different at each hour of the day. 

We are happy to offer returns if the product is not what you were expecting or it doesn’t fit your home properly. The buyer is responsible for shipping back to  me and a $100 restocking fee will be charged for all rugs over the price of $600 and $50 for any rugs less than $600. If return is necessary, please contact me via Instagram DM or email. I do ask that the rug is in route to me within 3-4 days of receiving it. Once back in my possession and inspected for damages refund will be issued within 7 days.

Please note that restocking fee will be applied even if order is cancelled before shipping.
